Ø 150 Mm Sleeve Welding Machine

 

These machines can weld small diameter sleeves onto square or elliptical workpieces and dome covers with materials such as boilers, air cylinders, LPG tanks, compressor tanks, expansion tanks, and similar items.

 

In our machines, these processes occur in two different ways. 1. The first system allows the torch mechanism to rotate 0-360 degrees around its own axis while the workpiece remains stationary; the other system allows the workpiece to be clamped and the torch mechanism remains fixed while it can also rotate 0-360 degrees.

 

The section to which the torch mechanism is connected in our machine has the ability to move up and down. In both systems, the welding speed can be adjusted with speed control. The approach and clamping systems are pneumatic.
