Yontar Machine-I General Features:

• According to our customers’ requests; after determining the maximum pipe length and maximum pipe diameter, the size of the machine is determined, and then it is decided how many pipes can be produced in one press according to the desired daily production quantity, meaning whether it will be single, double, triple,….

• The pipe length of the machines in this series can be up to 1.5 meters, and in the triple and single types with a diameter of 800mm, pipes are taken using a hydraulic transport cart, while in types that can produce larger diameter and longer pipes, they are taken from the machine with the help of a forklift.

• The number of molds and product lengths produced in one press of the machines produced in this series as standard are given in the tables below.
