Our painting robots, which are vertically axed, operate on the principle of achieving smooth spraying on moving objects by moving the paint guns up and down without shaking at various speeds and stroke lengths.
The stroke lengths of the guns mounted on the extended arm of the carrier cart can be programmed according to the length of the material, while the stroke speeds can be programmed according to the speed of the conveyor. The movement is created by driving a chain timing belt or an endless gear with a servo motor (it can also be a gear motor) within the robust slide of the carrier cart. The motor’s movement is controlled by a PLC.
