Itas Machine DD2000 1600 liter paint mixer offers high capacity and reliable performance in industrial production processes. This mixer, used in many areas requiring dispersion and homogeneous mixture, provides effective mixing of powder and liquid. It can be used in the production of industrial materials such as paint, ink, varnish, pigment paste and various petrochemical products.

The mixed rotation feature of the mixer allows the user to precisely control the mixing process. Thanks to the speed control frequency converter, mixing rotation can be adjusted at the desired speed. Additionally, the hydraulic lift feature makes the mixer easier to use and increases various functionality.

Optional features include explosion-proof systems, vacuum application, automatic control systems and speed control. These features make users’ production process safer and more efficient.

Mixer Features:

Mixed Return:This mixer can be controlled with a speed control frequency converter as well as mono speed. The frequency converter used is a heavy industrial model capable of delivering more power than the rated power of the motor for short periods. Mixing rotation can be adjusted between 0 RPM and 1500 RPM according to standard factory settings.

Hydraulic Lift:This mixer can mix upwards and downwards at any desired height. An electro-hydraulic system is integrated into the body structure. On some models, it is possible to rotate the body 360 degrees and service the surrounding boilers.

Optional Features:Some optional features you can add to your mixer include explosion-proof systems in ATEX Zone 1 EEx dIIB T4 standards, vacuum application, boiler scraper, semi or fully automatic control systems, PLC control system, automatic lifting and lowering system according to the product level in the boiler and speed control.
