The Tescom TDJ Series Diesel Generator Sets provide optimal performance, reliability, and versatility for integrated power generation systems, standby, main power, and continuous operation applications.
STANDBY OPERATION
It is the operating mode of the generators at varying loads at specific time intervals. It can operate as a backup power. Operating it under overload is not suitable.
PRIME OPERATION
It is the operating mode of working as a continuous power source when there is no grid power. It operates at variable loads for 24 hours and allows 1-hour intervals with 10% overload every 12 hours.
CONTINUOUS OPERATION
It denotes continuous operation at the full defined power (100% load). Overloading above the defined power is not allowed. It is designed for use in places where grid power is not available.
CABIN STANDARD FEATURES

ALTERNATOR FEATURES
- Brushless, single bearing, flexible disc 4-pole synchronous alternator.

- For harmonic distortions, stator winding is 2/3 steps.
- Alternator windings are protected with insulation varnish against oil and acid.
CONTROL PANEL FEATURES
- The cable group used in our generators is of the non-combustible cable class. Cable sheaths form the defenses line against various chemicals and fire.
- The use of halogen-free materials in the outer sheath of the cables prevents the spread of toxic gases during a fire. At the same time, the smoke density of non-combustible cable sheaths is low, and they have flame-retardant properties. This feature of non-combustible cable sheaths prevents the spread of fire, minimizing potential damages.
- Schneider Electric breaker group is used on generator control panels. As standard, all our products have a 4-pole TMS (Thermal Magnetic Switch).
ATS (AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH) GENERAL FEATURES
- The SQ5 Dual Power Automatic Transfer Switch Series is a type of automatic transfer switch that combines the switch and logic controller, making mechanical and electrical an integral whole.
- It has superior electromagnetic compatibility, resistance to parasites, is at a high level.
- There is zero transition technology with high reliability.
- Cuts double-circuit power simultaneously.
- In addition to PLC remote control, it has a multi-circuit input/output interface capable of automating the system.
