This machine is mainly used for corrugated papers that are no less than 3 mm thick.

There are two paper feeding paths, such as the pulling board and car, which greatly improve the work efficiency. It is equipped with a safe and reliable photoelectric sensing device that ensures fast and stable paper feeding.

The machine has an overload protection mechanism to prevent accidental overload. The die-cutting board frame is actively separated to effectively prevent sagging and falling of the die-cutting board.

The pneumatic lock plate mechanism uses imported cylinders for stable performance and convenient, fast operation.

The electrical control system is controlled by PLC and is equipped with various safety protection devices that can give audible and visual alarms and shut down automatically in the event of a fault, truly guaranteeing human-machine safety.

The timing and quantitative automatic oil feeding system ensures full lubrication of the machine’s other moving parts and ensures a long service life.

The stripping unit (optional). The new version of the transmission, with fixed die-cutting, pneumatic lock version, and pneumatic clamping, is carried out quickly and stably. The unique die-cutting board frame effectively prevents sagging and falling of the die-cutting board.

High-precision servo motor control ensures accurate positioning and stable paper feeding. It improves the positioning of the corrugated side of the paper and makes forward feeding smoother.

The automatic paper collection process is carried out in a clean and orderly manner. The uninterrupted paper distribution device increases efficiency. The continuous sampling mechanism can check the die-cutting mental delay at any time.

The complete waste cleaning system, the central positioning system, automatic compression, and easy and fast return are adopted. The chip removal rack motor-controlled lifting device can automatically remove three, four sides, and central waste to ensure a clean and efficient production environment. A semi-waste removal system can be used to extract the desired part of the paperboard for clean and efficient waste removal.
