MOBILE STONE CRUSHING AND SCREENING PLANT GNR-02

The closed circuit crushing and screening plant General 02 Mobile Crusher is designed to be transported with 1 truck, with all systems assembled on a single chassis. It is designed to be operational within 30 minutes.
It is different from classic crusher plants and is produced with new technology and equipment. General 02 is a new generation product and is the result of 35 years of experience. 

Existing Machines and Equipment in GENERAL 02

Vibrating Feeder and Hopper Feeding System:
High vibration is provided with 2 Vibromotors. This ensures smooth operation and minimum maintenance.

The feeder hopper is suitable for feeding with Excavators and Loaders, and additional hoppers can be used for feeding with Trucks in continuous operations.

Wear points in the feeder are protected with replaceable wear shields.
There is a screening system on the Feeder Table. Thanks to the by-pass conveyor, the screened soil material can be dumped into the stock area 

Crusher Features :
GNR-02 : The raw material coming from the quarry is reduced to 0.50 mm in the first chamber and 0.25 mm in the second chamber with a 2-chamber crusher hopper, achieving high-capacity products.

The New Generation Mobile Closed Circuit Crushing and Screening Plant GENERAL 02 can produce products in desired sizes with the return conveyor. It is suitable for quarries feeding asphalt and road construction and concrete plants.
