19 Liter (5G) Polycarbonate Bottle Cap Removal Machine

Machine that removes the caps of empty 15/19 liter PC and Glass recyclable bottles before entering the washing and filling line. If there is no cap on the bottle, the bottle will continue on the line without stopping the machine.

• The machine structure is entirely made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel material.
• Machine settings (process) are made via the touchscreen.
• Machine capacity is adaptable to the line.
• Caps will be detected and removed with sensors.
• Moving pistons will throw the removed caps out into the waste cap bin.
• Bottle flow is controlled by stopping pistons at the entrance and exit of the machine.
• Pneumatic equipment is FESTO.
