TK Series Tertiary crushers provide solutions for materials of medium hardness and fall into the category of impact crushers with their working principle. Generally, these types of crushers are used as the third crusher in the system, which are the best machines to meet the industry’s 0-5 mm sand requirement. Tertiary Impact Crushers are also known as sand machines.
The sand machine provides the production of fine and cubic products with its high-speed rotor. It produces products according to the gradation required by concrete plants and asphalt facilities based on sand size distribution. One of the most important features of our TK Series Tertiary crushers is that it can operate the rotor in both directions, allowing operators to change the working direction of the rotor when parts wear out on one side of the crusher. This method reduces inventory costs for customers by decreasing maintenance requirements and part costs. It can be opened for easy maintenance and spare part replacement thanks to two hydraulic pistons on both sides.
