Catta 27 FREEZMAT – KEL AC 1 are piston pump continuous ice cream makers for industrial ice cream production with an integrated Freon compressor.
Equipped with a microprocessor, Siemens manages the production process and operator interface, and also helps maintain a constant volume increase by injecting pressurized air into the piston.
With a digital display with a touch screen
– Hourly ice cream production is recorded.
– Viscosity is adjustable.
– Overrun (air dosage) is adjustable.
– 99 recipes can be saved.
