Drying machines are used to dry the wet surfaces of the parts after the process in surface treatment machines where operations such as deburring, polishing, etc. are performed. At the same time, corrosion of dried parts is prevented.

Corn granules are used in drying machines. Hot granules absorb water on the surface during contact with the part surface.

Dryers have a resistance heating system. Thanks to heat, drying speed increases and time and energy are saved.

There is a material loading opening on the machine to easily transfer wet parts to the machine and a discharge slide to facilitate the exit of the parts after drying.

While the parts are dried, they automatically come to the discharge port along with the granules from the ramp in the chamber. It is sufficient to activate the drain slider to take out the dried pieces.

It works with high efficiency thanks to the ergonomically designed chassis height and spring design, taking into account the working conditions.

Electrical panels with CE Certificate designed in accordance with EU standards are used. There is a main switch and an emergency stop switch. Runtime control unit and time clock are included as standard equipment. A three-phase electrical connection is used.

Dust extraction system is optionally available.

The dimensions of the drying machines are designed to work integrated with the surface treatment machines that perform the previous processes. Thus, the products from the first process are automatically transferred to the material loading mouth of the drying machine.
