Ø 200 mm Socket Welding Machine

 

These machines can weld small diameter sockets onto square or elliptical workpieces and dome covers with materials such as boilers, air cylinders, LPG tanks, compressor tanks, expansion tanks, and similar items.

 

In our machines, these processes occur in two different ways. 1. The first system allows the torch mechanism to rotate 0-360 degrees around its own axis while the workpiece remains stationary; the other system allows the workpiece to be clamped and this system can rotate 0-360 degrees while the torch mechanism remains fixed.

 

In our machine, the section to which the torch mechanism is connected has the ability to move up and down. In both systems, the welding speed can be adjusted with speed control. The approach and clamping systems are pneumatic.
