Fully automatic liner filling machine can fill various packages such as pet, box, bottle, can;

liquid soap, shampoo, hair cream, liquid shower gel, detergent, vegetable oils, mineral oils,

agricultural chemicals, fruit juices, bleach, liquid chemicals, and similar products.

It has a pneumatic valve. It is PLC controlled.

The filling nozzles must open and close from the mouth.

The filling starts automatically as soon as the filling sensors detect the bottles.

The feed tank is mounted on top of the machine.

The filling group is made of 304 stainless steel.

The sealing equipment consists of PTFE teflon and viton.

Integration between stations is extremely comfortable and easy.

Noise and sound are maximally isolated.

The machine’s product hopper is suitable for automatic feeding.

In the filling system, the packages placed manually on the conveyor belt automatically come to the filling group.

Thanks to the piece counting systems, it counts the desired quantity and product cutters stop the counted group.

The centered package is detected by optical readers and the filling process begins.

Since the filling mouths are perfectly seated on the package’s mouth, it does not deform.

The filling process starts from the bottom of the package with the descent of the filling modules and finishes at the mouth of the package.

This prevents the liquid from foaming inside the package and spilling out of the filled product.

The nozzles must close from the mouth and do not drip.

There are very comfortable and easy adjustment options for the filling process at the exact weight and for multiple products.
