BRÜLÖR TG (M) 500 B AGP is a dual-fuel (natural gas and fuel oil) burner with a monoblock structure developed for medium and high-capacity industrial heating applications. With a capacity range of 2000 kW to 5000 kW, it offers strong, balanced, and reliable combustion performance in large industrial boilers, hot oil systems, and continuously operating process lines. The monoblock design provides compact structure and easy installation while operating in compliance with industrial natural gas infrastructures at 300 mbar gas pressure.

Equipped with the GPO-SMO control system, the TG (M) 500 B AGP operates with pneumatic proportional control in gas mode and mechanical proportional control in liquid fuel mode. Pneumatic proportional control in natural gas quickly adapts to load changes, adjusting the fuel-air mixture in a balanced manner and providing stable combustion. In fuel oil usage, the mechanical proportional system ensures reliable performance under harsh industrial conditions with its robust and long-lasting structure.

The model can also be offered with the GEO-SEO control option according to different process needs. In the GEO-SEO system, electronic proportional control is provided in both gas and liquid fuel modes. This option offers higher efficiency, stable combustion, and optimized fuel consumption advantages in applications requiring precise temperature and process control.
