2000-6000 Kw Duoblok Gas + Fuel Oil Burner

BRÜLÖR CC (M) 500 is a dual-fuel (natural gas and fuel oil) burner with a duoblok structure developed for high-capacity industrial heating and process applications. With a capacity range of 2000 kW to 6000 kW, it offers strong, stable, and reliable combustion performance for large industrial boilers, energy production facilities, and continuously operating process lines. The duoblok design provides high air flow, flexible installation, and precise combustion control by separating the fan and burner unit.

Equipped with the GPO-SMO control system, the CC (M) 500 operates with pneumatic proportional control in gas mode and mechanical proportional control in liquid fuel mode. The pneumatic proportional control in natural gas adjusts the fuel-air mixture in a balanced manner by adapting to load changes, providing stable combustion. In fuel oil usage, the mechanical proportional system ensures reliable performance under challenging industrial conditions with its robust structure and long-lasting operational characteristics.

The model can also be offered with the GEO-SEO control option according to different process requirements. In the GEO-SEO system, electronic proportional control is provided in both gas and liquid fuel modes.
