Yontar Machine-III General Features

• According to our customers’ requests; after determining the maximum pipe length and maximum pipe diameter, the size of the machine is determined, and then based on the desired daily production quantity, it is decided how many pieces of which pipe will be produced in one press, i.e., whether it will be single, double, triple,….

• The pipe length of the machines in this series can produce pipes with a diameter of 800mm up to 1.5 meters in triple and single types using a hydraulic transport cart, while larger diameter and longer pipes are taken from the machine with the help of a forklift.

• The number of molds and product lengths produced in one press of the machines produced as standard in this series are given in the tables below.
