230 Mm 100-150 Kg/Hour Pasta Granule Cutting Machine

Granule Cutting Systems are used to convert plastic materials (ABS-PS-PP-HDPE-LDPE) that are melted in the extruder into granule form. It generally improves the surface quality of very dirty plastics, especially in printed PP sack products. The plastic material is filtered, enters the cooling pool after the sizing mold, cools down, and after passing through the drying fan, it reaches the granulator where it is converted into granules by controlling the size with the blade system.

Granulator Pasta Cutting System Features

It can be adjusted to the desired sizes under inverter control according to the granule size demand.

Parts of the granulator that come into contact with water are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

Easy to adjust blade and control system.

The cutting blade and fixed blade are made from 56HRC DIN1.2379 hardness material.
