240 Kg Bomlu External Facade Cleaning System

A moving, single fixed boom lightweight type facade cleaning system located on the building terrace. Boom length can be produced between 2.5 m and 5 m according to the building facade. Project-specific and dual-person motorized or drum platforms can be used. The horizontal movement is guided by double rails or single rail on concrete surface.

In order for the machine to work on all sides of the building, a minimum movement area of 2 m is required behind the parapet. Easy access to corners is provided thanks to the +45° rotatable separator arm mounted at the end of the boom. The motorized rotation capability of the main body provides access to the desired point on the facade. Thanks to the hydraulic system, the distance of the working platform from the facade can be adjusted and the platform can be parked on the terrace.

All movements can be controlled from the control panels on the main body and working platform. Optional cable control or steel rope control system can be implemented. SIS 85-10 series facade cleaning system is preferred for buildings up to a height of 400 meters. Safety measures such as double safety rope safety lock system, rope tension control, etc. provide a safe working environment. Operator errors are prevented by overload detection system, bottom collision prevention bar, limit switch, and upper limit switch. Production and installation are carried out in compliance with European standards EN 1808.
