240 Kg Monorail Facade Cleaning System
Aluminum rail, (monorail) with horizontal and vertical movable facade cleaning system installed with special connection feet to the building facade. Single or double person platform suitable for request and building structure can be used. The platform can move manually or automatically thanks to special movement trolleys. Aluminum monorail production and installation is made according to the shape and length of the building facade.
Monorail carrier arms can be mounted from the front facade of the building, inside the parapet, behind the parapet to the terrace or under the eaves. Rails can be in natural aluminum color or painted as desired. All movements can be controlled from the work platform. Vertical movement is achieved by the motorized climbing mechanism on the work platform.
The 2 polyurethane facade wheels on the platform do not damage the glass surfaces. Safety measures such as dual safety rope, safety lock system, rope tension control provide a safe working environment. Operator errors are prevented by the overload detection system, lower impact prevention bar, lower limit switch, and upper limit switch. Production and installation are carried out in accordance with EN 1808 standards.
General Introduction
