240 Kg Rail Facade Cleaning System

A light-type facade cleaning system with a mobile, double-row rail fixed boom located on the building terrace. Production can be made with a boom length between 2.5 m and 5 m depending on the building facade. Double-person motorized or drum platforms can be used according to the project and request. Horizontal movement is guided by double rails or a single rail on a concrete surface. In order for the machine to work on all facades, a minimum of 2 meters of movement area is required backwards from the parapet.

The corner access is facilitated by the +45° rotating separator arm mounted at the end of the boom. Access to the desired point on the facade is provided by the motorized rotation capability of the main body. The hydraulic system allows adjusting the distance of the working platform from the facade and parking the platform on the terrace. All movements can be controlled from the control panels on the main body and the working platform. Optionally, cable control or steel rope control systems can be applied. The SIS 85-10 series facade cleaning system is preferred for buildings up to a height of 400 meters.

The double safety rope safety locking system provides a secure working environment with safety measures such as rope tension control. Operator errors are prevented by the overload detection system, lower collision prevention bar, limit switches, and upper limit switches. Production and assembly are made in compliance with European standards EN 1808.

The platform unit can be moved according to the appearance of unusual buildings. Plan a platform design tailored to a specific building.
