This system ensures the dispersion of high-quality products. The dissolution of solids into the liquid phase, pre-dispersion, and fine grinding operations with the integrated basket mill are all performed in a single machine and container.

The high-speed disk under the basket pulls the product from the upper part of the basket toward the conical grinding chamber. Other mixing disks inside the grinding chamber work together with grinding/dispersing zirconium beads to provide dispersion. A wide, perforated sieve system is located beneath the basket. This sieve allows the product passing through the grinding chamber to be returned to the vessel, while the grinding beads are retained within the grinding chamber. The dispersed product that passes through the sieve is thrown toward the vessel walls by centrifugal force created by the high-speed disk beneath the basket. With the conical design of the vessel bottom, the product is redirected to the grinding chamber, ensuring circulation.

The BASKET MILL is used in many areas where dispersion and homogeneous mixing are required. It is especially effective in processes where powders and liquids need to be mixed. It can be used in the production of paints, inks, varnishes, pigment pastes, and various petrochemical products.

• Reverse Rotation: In addition to the mono speed, it is controlled by a frequency converter. The used frequency converter is a heavy-duty industrial model capable of providing more power than the motor’s nominal power for a short period. The mixing rotation is set between 0 rpm – 1500 rpm based on the factory's default settings.

Lifting System:

The machine has the ability to mix at any desired height in both upward and downward directions. It has a reducer system on the body structure.
