The main working principle is to freeze the factory-made welding powders by keeping them at high temperatures and to keep them at a low temperature for drying until they are taken to the application point.

When using factory-made submerged powders for the first time, they will be shocked by keeping them at 300°C-350°C for 2 hours and left to rest at 130°C.

After the drying process, submerged welding powders should be taken into buckets with a bottom discharge system and taken to the application point as soon as possible.
