Closed Circuit crushing and screening plant General 02 Mobile Crusher, the entire system is assembled on a single chassis and can be transported with 1 Truck. It is designed to be put into operation within 30 minutes.
It is different from classical crusher plants and is produced with new technology and equipment. General 02 is a new generation and the product of 35 years of experience.

Vibrating Feeder and Hopper Feeder System:
High vibration is provided with 2 Vibromotors. In this way, trouble-free operation and minimum maintenance are provided.

The feeder hopper is suitable for feeding with Excavators and Loaders, and it can also be fed by trucks with additional hoppers in permanent operations.

Wear points on the feeder are protected by replaceable wear armor.
There is a screening system in the Feeder Table. Thanks to the by-pass conveyor, this sieved soiled material can be poured into the stock area.

Crusher Features:
GNR-02: High capacity product is obtained by reducing the maximum 1000 mm mineral from the quarry to 0.50 mm in the first chamber and 0.25 mm in the second chamber with the 2-chamber crusher chamber.

New Generation Mobile Closed Circuit Crushing and Screening Plant GENERAL 02 returns conveyor allows you to obtain products in the desired size. It is suitable for asphalt and road construction and for quarries feeding concrete plants.
