Closed Circuit Crushing Screening Plant General 02 Mobile Crusher, the entire system is assembled on a single chassis and can be transported with 1 Truck. It is designed to be put into operation in 30 minutes.

 

It is different from classic crusher plants and is produced with new technology and equipment. General 02 is the new generation and is the work of 35 years of experience.

 

Current Machinery and Equipment in GENERAL 02

 

Vibratory Feeder and Hopper Feeder System:
High vibration is provided with 2 Vibromotors. In this way, trouble-free operation and minimum maintenance are provided.

The feeder hopper is suitable for feeding with Excavators and Loaders, and in continuous operations, feeding can be done with additional hoppers and trucks.

 

The wear points in the feeder are protected with replaceable wear armors.

There is a screening system on the feeder table. Thanks to the by-pass conveyor, this screened soil material can be dumped into the stock area

Crusher Features :

GNR-02 : High capacity product is obtained by reducing the Max 800 mm mineral coming out of the quarry to 0.50 mm in the first chamber and 0.25 mm in the second chamber with its 2-chamber crusher hopper.

 

New Generation Mobile Closed Circuit Crushing and Screening Plant GENERAL 02 can be used with the return conveyor to obtain products in the desired size. It is suitable for asphalt and road construction and quarries feeding concrete plants.
