250+250 Kg Electrode and Submerged Arc Drying Oven

The main working principle is to allow the drying function of factory output welding electrodes and submerged arc welding powder to be performed in two separate compartments in a single oven, and to carry out the shock and resting functions on a single oven.

Factory output electrodes and submerged arc welding powders are subjected to a shock process by being kept at a minimum of 300 C and a maximum of 350 C for two hours during the first use. In the second stage, the oven temperature is reduced to 130 C for resting until it is transferred to the application area.

This oven may be suitable for companies with intensive functions using two separate welding types. After the products in the shock section are consumed, new products should be placed in their places, and rested products should be transported to the application area with storage thermoses (BMK-1, BMK-1A, BMK-2Y, BMK-4Y, etc.).
