DIGITAL THERMOSTAT CONTROLLED POWDER DRYING OVEN (WITH WHEELS)

The main working principle is to keep factory output welding powders at high temperature for shock and drying processes, and to preserve them until they are taken to the application point at low temperature.

Factory output welding powders will be shocked by being kept at 300°C-350°C for about 2 hours during the first use and will be left to rest at 130 °C. After the drying process, the welding powders should be taken to buckets with a bottom discharging system and brought to the application point as soon as possible.

IT CONSISTS OF TWO SEPARATE SECTIONS THAT CAN BE CONTROLLED SEPARATELY. WHILE ONE SIDE IS RESTING AT 130 DEGREES, THE OTHER SIDE CAN BE SHOCKED AT 350 DEGREES. THE TOTAL CAPACITY IS 500 KG (EACH SECTION HOLDS 250 KG). UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS, NEW POWDER CANNOT BE ADDED UNTIL THE PROCESS OF NOT FULLY SHOCKED MOIST POWDERS IS COMPLETED. IN THIS OVEN, WHILE MOIST POWDERS ARE SHOCKED ON ONE SIDE, YOU CAN TAKE AS MUCH AS YOU NEED FROM THE OTHER SIDE AND LEAVE THE REMAINING TO REST. BOTH SIDES CAN BE SET TO DESIRED TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 0-400 DEGREES.
