3-Pass Scotch Type Steam Boiler

Universal Boiler SB 500

DESIGN : High pressure, 3-pass, flame-smoke tube, cylindrical, Scotch type steam boilers are designed and manufactured in accordance with TS EN 12953, Lloyd rules, and EN standards.

MATERIAL : The envelope, mirrors, combustion chamber are made of boiler steel P265GH or P295GH in accordance with EN 10028, and the smoke tubes are made of boiler pipe in accordance with EN 10216 or EN 10217.

HIGH EFFICIENCY : The 3-pass design of the boiler ensures maximum heat transfer after the flame and smoke gases produced as a result of good combustion are circulated over sufficient heating surfaces; the smoke gases are discharged to the chimney without creating low-temperature corrosion. Thus, high boiler efficiency is achieved.

– Responds to sudden steam demands.

– Has a large evaporation surface and steam volume.

– Has a large and undulating combustion chamber.

– Subjected to hydraulic testing at the pressure calculated according to standards after manufacturing.

Intervention can be made from the front doors of the boiler to the smoke pipes, from the large diameter explosion door at the back to the furnace side, and from the manhole on top of the boiler and at least 2 handholes to the water side.
