When the workpiece enters the conveyor, the automatic workpiece transfer unit picks it up and transfers it to the imbalance measurement unit. This process provides flawless and precise balancing with minimal human intervention.

The machine can handle a minimum rotor weight of 1 kg and a maximum rotor weight of 30 kg, making it suitable for medium-sized components. The system operates with a 4 kW motor and can balance rotors up to 400 mm in diameter. The minimum imbalance value that can be achieved is 0.5 gmm, providing high accuracy in measurement.
