PVL-300VR – Compact, Air System Vacuum Vertical Lifting and Turning Unit
Part of SingleLift's Bat Series, specifically designed for transporting low-weight glass, marble, ceramic, and panel materials, this is a compact and lightweight vacuum handling solution. It offers high efficiency in tight assembly and production areas with a maximum 300 kg carrying capacity.
The compressed air-operated system eliminates the use of electricity, ensuring energy efficiency. 1+2 vacuum pads (450 mm and 290 mm in diameter) accommodate different material sizes. The 0° / 90° automatic turning feature allows for easy positioning of parts.
The optional 1000 mm automatic lifting distance provides operators with great flexibility in height adjustment. Its lightweight body and compact structure make it extremely easy to transport and install.
