PVL-300VR-PL – Four Mill Pneumatic Lifting System Compact Vacuum Carrier

PVL-300VR-PL is specially designed for the vertical transportation and 90° tilting of delicate surface materials such as glass, ceramic, marble, and panels. With a maximum lifting capacity of 300 kg, it safely and evenly transports lightweight and medium-weight loads.

One of the distinctive features of this model is the specially designed four mill pneumatic lifting cylinders it has. This structure prevents mass swaying during transportation, maximizes load balance, and provides the operator with a safe and controlled operation.

The system operates with compressed air, working efficiently without the need for electricity. It securely adheres to surfaces of varying sizes with 1+2 vacuum pads (450 mm and 290 mm in diameter). The 0°/90° automatic rotation feature allows precise positioning of parts. Additionally, an optional 1000 mm automatic lifting distance is also available.
