PVL-300VRT-PL – Pneumatic Cylinder Vertical Transport, Tilting and Rotating Vacuum System

Specially designed for the vertical transport, 90° tilting, and 90° rotation of delicate surface materials (glass, panels, marble, ceramics, etc.), this is a compact and highly controlled vacuum lifting system. In this model, the lifting operation is carried out with a specially designed pneumatic cylinder; this increases the load balance during transport and minimizes sway.

Operating with a compressed air system, PVL-300VRT-PL ensures energy efficiency without requiring electricity. It has 1 + 2 vacuum pads (445 mm and 290 mm in diameter) providing high adherence to different sized flat surface materials. With the capability of 0°-90° tilting and 0°-90° rotation during vertical transport, the system speeds up the assembly process while providing full control to the operator.

Optionally, an automatic lifting distance of 1000 mm can be integrated into the system.
