• The main working principle is that the drying function of factory welding electrodes and submerged welding powder can be carried out in two separate compartments in a single oven, and the shocking and resting functions can be carried out in a single oven.

• Factory-issued electrodes and submerged arc welding powders are subjected to a shocking process by keeping them at a minimum temperature of 300 C and a maximum of 350 C for two hours upon first use. In the second stage, the oven temperature is lowered to 130 C for resting and it is kept in the oven until it is transferred to the application area.

• This furnace may be suitable for companies with intensive functions that use two separate welding methods. After the products are consumed in the freezing section, a new product should be placed in their place, and the rested products should be carried to the application area with storage thermoses (BMK-1, BMK-1A, BMK-2Y, BMK-4Y etc.).
