4 Head Marble Profile Processing Machine

It is a high-capacity machine designed to process the edge profiles of marble, granite, and natural stones. It has 4 profile heads to shape stone surfaces with precision, and a 15 kW motor power that enables it to process even the hardest stones smoothly.

With a maximum stone width of 300 mm and a maximum stone thickness of 20 mm, it allows processing stones of different sizes. The 0.75 kW belt motor ensures the stable progression of stones on the conveyor, while the 12 mm thick durable conveyor belt is designed for long-term use.

The up-and-down movement mechanism is supported by a motorized system, allowing for easy adjustments during processing. The forward-backward movement mechanism is manually controlled, giving the operator full control during operation.
