The machine uses 304 quality stainless steel in meat processing units and all connection equipment.

A sensor is located on the top cover considering human health and work safety. If the top cover is opened, the electric current coming to the machine will be cut off by a special viewer, thus your machine will not operate.

The cylinder (meat discharge chamber), screw (auger or worm), collar (nut), and meat inlet throat are made of 304 quality stainless steel casting.

A stainless steel key is provided to remove and install the collar (nut).

A high-efficiency helical conical gear monoblock structure with a cast iron body and suspended connection system is used.

Forward-reverse-stop buttons and an emergency stop button for emergencies are available.

The machine is placed on four feet that eliminate vibrations.

It operates with a 3 mirror and 2 knife system.

The machine has an oil and flame-resistant H07-RNF 5 x 1.5 TTR electric connection cable.

The machine can also be used as 1 long screw, 2 mirrors, and a single knife.

In the first speed, meat is ground at -10 or -15 degrees.

In the second speed, fresh meat can be ground; if fresh meat is to be ground, the main switch should be turned on, and the machine should first be operated in the first speed, then after 2 or 3 minutes, the second speed button should be pressed to operate in the second speed.

A cooling system is available in the machine to prevent the minced meat from darkening and producing odor.

Ozone and environmentally friendly R 134 a fluid gas is used in the machine.

A digital cooling controller is available to adjust the cooling degree.
