The Itas Makina DVM500 is a high-capacity vacuum paint mixer specially designed for industrial use. It absorbs air bubbles formed in the product through vacuuming, ensuring a high-quality mixture. It is especially effective for mixing liquids and powders under vacuum, achieving a homogeneous mixture in a short time.

Superior Material and Craftsmanship:
The main body of the mixer is made from high-alloy carbon steel and welded using the MIG welding method. The body structure is equipped with an electro-hydraulic system. During mixing, dense materials that stick to the tank surfaces are cleaned with a scraper. All materials in contact with the product are made from AISI 304 stainless steel.

This mixer can be used in various industrial sectors where dispersion and homogeneous mixing are required. It is widely used in the production of paints, inks, varnishes, pigment pastes, and various petrochemical products.

• Reverse Rotation:
  In addition to mono speed, the speed is controlled by a frequency converter. The mixing rotation can be adjusted between 0 RPM and 1500 RPM according to standard factory settings.

• Hydraulic Lifting:
  The machine can mix at any height. It is equipped with an electro-hydraulic system.

• Optional Features:
  Explosion-proof systems (ATEX Zone 1 EEx dIIB T4 standards), vacuum application, tank scraper, automatic control systems, PLC control system, automatic lifting and lowering system based on product level, and speed control options are available.
