400 Mm Aluminum Profile Cutting Machine

The Aluminum Top Cutting Machine is designed for the precise, fast, and safe cutting of top profiles in aluminum processing systems.
The machine adapts to all types of profile applications with its ability to cut at +45°, -45°, and intermediate angles. The quick adjustment pads available for 90°, 75°, 60°, and 45° angles save time in the production process.

For users who want to work at intermediate angles, the table locking lever offers stable cutting at the desired angle. The pneumatic profile clamping system ensures the secure fixation of profiles, helping to achieve vibration-free and smooth cuts.

The machine uses a Ø400 mm diamond saw blade, providing high precision and long-lasting cutting performance.
3-meter long measuring and transport conveyors are provided as standard on both the right and left sides of the machine.

Optionally, a cooling device can be integrated to enhance the surface quality in the cutting of aluminum profiles.
