400 Ton/Hour Capacity Fixed Crushing and Screening Plant

Our 400 Ton/Hour Capacity Fixed Crushing and Screening Plant consists of a 40 m³ vibrating feeding bunker, wobbler feeder, CLK-110 jaw crusher, impact crusher, tunnel systems, stock and return belts, stock bunkers, control cabin, and automation system. Products transferred to the feeding bunker are separated from dirt and mud in the first stage of the double-stage wobbler feeder and bypassed with the bypass belt. Products suitable for the jaw crusher size are sent to the stock area via the transfer belt in the second stage of the wobbler feeder. The jaw crusher has a maximum feeding capacity of 800 mm, crushes the products, and sends them to the 1st vibrating screen. In the 1st vibrating screen, products are separated into sizes of 0-40 mm and 40-90 mm and sent to the stock area. Products larger than 90 mm are transferred to the secondary crushing and screening plant. Products transferred to the tunnel system are sent to the 12-13 S impact crusher. Products crushed in the impact crusher are separated into different sizes with a vibrating screen and sent to the stock area. Products stored in the stock area are transferred to the pan feeder through the tunnel system as needed. The vibrating pan feeder transfers products to the stock bunkers via the transfer belt. All equipment in the plant is controlled from 3 different automation panels.
