Product Features:

• Wood Thickness: The wood thickness is adjusted according to the cabinet size by our company.

• Wood Type: The wood used for manufacturing the cabinet is high-quality Bolongo (Erythophleum-Ivorense) wood imported from Africa. It is selected, dried, and processed specifically for this use.
  Alternatively, kiln-dried Red Pine is also available upon request.

• Coupled Gear: Made from 20-25 mm steel material, the gear is used according to the cabinet size (2600 mm, 2800 mm, 3000 mm).

• Star: Made from 20-25 mm steel material, the central hub diameter of the star varies from 200 mm to 260 mm, depending on the cabinet size.

• Assembly: The coupled gears, star, and goniometers are fastened together with a total of 80 rivets.

• Bearings: The cabinet bearings are manufactured from high-quality bronze to withstand heavy-duty operations.
  Optional bearing systems with roller bearings are also available.

• Cage System: The cabinet features a cage system with 6 or 8 arms made of 30 mm steel rods and 12-16 reinforcement blocks (goniometers).
  The cage is protected by an M20 band (or optionally a plastic protector), and is either epoxy-coated or painted.

• Filling and Discharge Covers: The cover design varies depending on the cabinet size.
  The cover is a sliding type made entirely of stainless steel (CNR-316).

• Filtration and Discharge: Filters are present on both sides of the cabinet, and discharge is done via 4 stainless steel covers with a diameter of 110 mm.

• Racks and Capacity: The cabinet is designed with racks and a frame system suitable for the required capacity.

• Motor and Speed Control: The motor is selected based on the cabinet’s capacity and working conditions, and is controlled via a speed control device to enable free-speed operation.

• Reducer: Specifically designed for leather cabinets, the reducers are heavy-duty with models 2KA 365, 2KA 430, 2KA 480, 2KA 550, and 2KA 750.
  The gears in the reducer box are made from 8620 alloy steel, carefully hardened and ground.

• Bearings: The bearing options in the reducer are FAG and SKF.

• Pinion Gear: The pinion gear is made from high-frequency bronze.

• Air Brake: All cabinets are equipped with an air brake system, which includes a disk brake and a counter pad.

• Electrical Panels: The electrical panels are customized according to the motor's power and operational conditions.
  The motor operates with forward/reverse direction control, and a speed control system is used for adjusting the required speed.
  The panel is equipped with warning sirens and lamps.

• Electrical Components: All electrical components used in the system are European-made (ABB, Telemecanique, etc.).
  The system also includes a PLC.

• Surface Protection: All casting parts are painted with factory-grade, leather-factory resistant paint, while wooden parts are protected with varnish.

• Delivery: Delivery time is determined according to the current conditions (due to wood drying).
  The system will be delivered fully operational at the customer’s site.

• Platform and Concrete Work: The customer company is responsible for the concrete and platform work at the factory site. Technical drawings and project plans will be provided by our company.

• Warranty: All manufacturing defects are covered under a 2-year warranty.
  The electrical motor and speed control device are guaranteed by the manufacturer.
