Türkay Fixed Rotavator is a secondary soil tillage machine used especially in fields, vineyards, and gardens for seedbed preparation and stubble breaking; it also helps increase humus in the soil by mixing plant residues and organic fertilizers into the soil, and it is an environmentally friendly, versatile, and long-lasting machine that eliminates the need for chemical weed control by mechanically destroying weeds. The movement from the power take-off is transmitted to the blades via a gear system, providing savings in power and fuel compared to a chain system. The milling blades contact the soil surface vertically, breaking, mixing, and pulverizing the soil.

It creates a loose environment in the soil, ensuring water-air balance. Thanks to the protective cover made of sheet metal at the back, it ensures that the soil that is thrown out is broken down again and prevents harm to the environment. The shaft used to connect the machine to the tractor has a safety mechanism that prevents damage to the tractor or the machine in case of stone or root blockage. With the variable speed gearbox option, the movement taken from the tractor’s power take-off at 540 revolutions/minute allows the blades to operate at different speeds through interchangeable gears within the gearbox; thus, effective breaking and mixing processes are achieved.

The gearbox position is central. (For ease of use in vineyards and gardens, optional half-sunk and sunk gearbox options are available)
