480 mm Mosaic Marble Cutting Machine

The Marble Mosaic Cutting Machine is a model specially designed for precise and high-efficiency cutting operations. This machine, which offers excellent results during the cutting process with the use of saws with a diameter of Ø300-350 mm, can work with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 48 saws, allowing the production of marble mosaics in different sizes.

Thanks to the powerful saw motor ranging from 18.5 kW to 22 kW, this model demonstrates high performance even in intensive use, capable of cutting with a minimum width of 10 mm and a maximum width of 480 mm. The cutting thickness starts from 10 mm and can go up to 50 mm, making the machine stand out with its ability to process stones of different thicknesses.

The belt speed can be adjusted between 0-5000 mm/min, and it has a stable and reliable working mechanism with a 0.55 kW power belt motor and a 0.18 kW power lowering/raising motor. With its compact structure of 2000 mm width, 2400 mm length, and 1950 mm height, it can be easily integrated into production lines.
