480 mm Mosaic Marble Cutting Machine

The Marble Mosaic Cutting Machine is a model specially designed for precise and high-efficiency cutting operations. This machine, which achieves excellent results in cutting process with the use of 300-350 mm diameter saw, enables the production of marble mosaics in different sizes by working with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 48 saws.

This model, which performs well even in intensive use thanks to the powerful 18.5 kW – 22 kW saw motor, can cut from a minimum of 10 mm to a maximum of 480 mm width. The machine can cut from a thickness of 10 mm up to 50 mm, standing out with its ability to process stones of different thicknesses.

The belt speed is adjustable between 0-5000 mm/min, and the machine has a stable and reliable working mechanism with a 0.55 kW belt motor and a 0.18 kW lifting/lowering motor. With its compact structure measuring 2000 mm in width, 2400 mm in length, and 1950 mm in height, it can be easily integrated into production lines.
