5-20 Ton / Charge Aluminum Profile Hardening Furnace

An aluminum thermal furnace is designed to harden aluminum profiles, also known as aging processes. The aluminum thermal furnace includes the hardening of aluminum profiles' porous structures between 180-200°C for specified periods (6-8 hours).

Today, the aluminum thermal furnace used in industrial systems is programmed with PLC control units to ensure maximum safety with a guillotine door.

The electrical panel system allows the system to be set at the desired temperature and operating time range. In case of a malfunction, there is a safety thermostat to prevent heat overload.
