Can produce carton soup bowls, salad bowls, carton buckets .

Our machine is equipped with high-quality electrical systems such as Inovance PLC Control Device and Schneider AC Contactor.

The entire machine is equipped with a lubrication system (includes oil circulation system, oil pump motor, and filter); this ensures smoother operation of all gear moving parts and significantly extends the lifespan of spare parts.
The bottom paper feeding is controlled by a servo motor and stepper motor; this greatly improves paper feeding with high precision and efficiency. (More stable, less problematic, and saves bottom paper)
If there is any issue with the machine, sensor fault detection is performed and it automatically stops operation. This significantly increases operational safety. Error information is displayed on the PLC touchscreen and a reminder is given to the operator to resolve the issue (good for machine maintenance).

Production Speed:  AT LEAST 40-50 Pieces/Min.
