MASTER500 is a palletizing robot with a single column rotating structure. It is equipped with two linear axes and two interpolated circular axes in between, and the main movements are realized with high-quality reducers coupled with asynchronous motors.
The robot is suitable for palletizing products such as filled cartons, boxes, and packages. The product coming from the feeding conveyor is taken and accumulated on the pallet according to the selected scheme thanks to the special gripping head. The machine is controlled by an industrial PLC associated with touch screen usage, managed by the user.
