The SL-PVL-500VRT/DPL from SingleLift's Bat Series is an advanced vacuum lifting system especially designed for the vertical lifting, rotating, and tilting of sensitive surface materials such as glass, marble, ceramic, and composite panels.

The four milli pneumatic lifting cylinders used in this model eliminate imbalances that may occur during transportation, preventing mass shifting. This ensures that large surface loads are lifted more safely and evenly.

Equipped with a total of 6 suction cups with a diameter of 290 mm (2 center + 4 perimeter), the system provides high gripping capability for transporting large glass and panels. Additionally, with its extendable arms, it can easily adapt to large-sized materials.

The feature of 90° tilting and 90° rotating offered by the model allows loads to be easily positioned as desired, speeding up assembly processes. Its body is designed with lightweight and durable materials based on shape/topology optimization, enhancing operator comfort and ease of use.
