Single Lift SL-PVL-500VT/DPL – Multi-Shaft Pneumatic Vacuum Conveyor with Vertical Lift and Tilt Features

SL-PVL-500VT/DPL, included in SingleLift’s Bat Series, is a professional vacuum lifter developed for vertical transportation and tilting operations, especially in production lines of sensitive surface materials such as glass, marble, ceramics and panels.

The striking feature of the model is that it is equipped with a four-shaft pneumatic lifting cylinder with a stroke value that can be customized according to user demands. Thanks to this structure, the lifting movement is much more balanced and mass drifts that may occur during load transportation are minimized.

The system, which enables the safe transportation of large surface materials with a total of 6 suction cups (2 center and 4 periphery), can easily lift even large glass panels thanks to its 290 mm diameter suction cups and extendable arms.

As in the rest of the Bat series, product weight has been reduced and operator comfort and work efficiency have been increased in this model, thanks to shape and topology optimization.
