BAT Series Vacuum Lifter – Featuring Vertical Lifting, Tilting, and Rotating

The BAT Series vacuum lifters developed exclusively for SingleLift's production lines offer a modern solution for safely transporting delicate materials such as glass, marble, ceramic, and wood.

One of the most functional models of this series, the SL-PVL-500VRT, stands out with its vertical lifting, 90° tilting, and 90° rotating capabilities. It is an equipment that combines flexibility, ergonomics, and safety in production processes.

This model, equipped with a total of 6 suction cups with a diameter of 290 mm, has 2 suction cups in the center and 4 suction cups on the side arms. Extendable suction arms allow easy lifting of large surface materials such as large glass plates.

Model Options and Technical Advantages:

• SL-PVL-500VRT/DPL: Can be equipped with four-spindle pneumatic lifting cylinders with custom stroke lengths based on customer demand.

• SL-PVL-500VRT/SPL: A compact model offered with a single-spindle pneumatic lifting cylinder.

• SL-PVL-500VRT/EW: Equipped with a special lifting ring for compatibility with electric winches.

• SL-PVL-500VRT/PL: Prevents mass spillage during transportation thanks to a special four-spindle pneumatic system.

One of the most remarkable technical advantages of this model is the high torque achieved through boxer type pneumatic cylinders. This allows even eccentric masses to be easily rotated up to 25 cm.

The device was designed to be both lightweight and operator-friendly by considering shape and topology optimization during the design process.

Additionally, for applications requiring higher lifting capacities, the SL-PVL-1000VRT model with a 1000 kg lifting capacity is also available.
