The turbo mixer is designed for efficient mixing, homogenization, and volume distribution of powders in liquid environments, especially at low energy input levels where effective wetting and fine distribution of solids are required.

With an adjustable height dispersing blade and mixing scraper, the turbo mixer is particularly suitable for dispersing temperature-sensitive materials such as color additives in paints or PVC compounds.
The turbo mixer can process viscous liquids up to 25,000 cP with solid content of ±% 80.

All turbo mixers can be submerged below the liquid surface to ensure good wetting when combined with light pigments and additives, resulting in minimum dispersion times. Examples of their applications include the production of paints and varnishes, polymers, printing inks, adhesives, resins, coatings, and other adhesive products.
