YKS YKSHPOZ 5000
Hydraulic welding positioners are available for standard sizes, suitable for loads ranging from 250 kg to 30000 kg. The structure of the positioners is designed according to the most suitable configuration for the rotation and tilt of the table.
The positioners consist of the body, motor, table rotation and tilting systems, electrical panel, and remote operator control unit, providing the best structural protection. Positioners for heavy workpieces are fixed to the ground. T-slots are available on the table optionally or as standard, allowing quick clamping of the workpiece.
Table rotation and tilt are made with steel straight-toothed gear transmission systems. The table rotation speed is controlled via a remote control system with a 5m cable, which the operator can easily adjust. Optionally, PLC can be implemented in all models.
