Product Features:

• Polyester Body: The body is made from a special material reinforced with fiberglass, resistant to heat, mechanical impacts, acids, and bases.

• Metal Frame: The required frames are encapsulated in polyester for additional protection.

• Rotating Propeller: The propeller system consists of six blades made from tropical hardwood.

• Blades and Shaft: The shaft and holder plates, where the blades are mounted, are coated with polyester protective material.

• Two-Speed Motor-Reducer System: Equipped with a powerful two-speed motor-reducer system.

• Complete Automatic Hydraulic Discharge Propeller System: The system is suspended on two steel feet, allowing it to move along an axis running through the top points of the feet. Discharge occurs through movable joints.

• Discharge Mechanism: Discharge is controlled by hydraulic pistons located on both sides of the body.

• Filter: The grid at the bottom of the body serves as a filter and is made from tropical hardwood. The surfaces are finely smoothed and treated, ensuring that the leather is not damaged during the process.

• Water Discharge: The system is equipped with heavy-duty valves that are resistant to steam and heat.

• Electrical Panel: The system’s electrical control panel is included.

• Optional Heating and Temperature Control: A heating system with a thermostat can be added upon request for temperature regulation.
